Description

Wold’s End House is an 18th-century building that has been altered in the mid-19th century and later. It is constructed of rubble with a slate roof and has end chimneys. The main part of the house has two-and-a-half storeys and originally had two plus one windows, though the windows are now a mix of 19th-century and modern casements, with angled bays on the ground floor. A notable feature is an arched mezzanine window with distinctive glazing located to the left of the centre. A central lattice porch with a tented lead canopy shelters a panelled door. To the left of the main house is a two-storey, one-bay extension with a Cotswold stone roof and an ashlar chimney.
