Description

The grotto in the garden to the rear of Leysbourne House dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of random rubble and features a random rubble vault. The east side has a roughly lintelled opening, with a haphazard construction above that conceals a tiled roof. The grotto is located within a walled garden behind Leysbourne House.
