Description

This is a late 17th century headstone dedicated to William, who died in 1675. It is made of ashlar and features foliate decoration on the sides. The headstone is topped with a broken scrolled segmental pediment that has a central shell motif. It is located approximately 15 metres north-east of the east end of the Church of St Mary in Cheltenham.
