Description

The Palmer chest tomb, located about 9 meters south of the Church of St Mary, is an early 19th-century structure made of stone rubble and topped with a slate lid. It commemorates Richard Palmer, who died in 1815, and Grace Palmer, who died in 1844. The lid features scratch mouldings around its border and divides the lid into two panels.
