Description

Part of the Tavistock and District Co-operative Society, located on Pym Street, was built in 1827 and has been altered since. It is a three-storey building with a seven-window stucco front and features a moulded eaves fascia. The building has sash windows, although the glazing bars have been removed from those on the first floor. There is a continuous mid-19th century shopfront. Originally, it was constructed as a clothing warehouse, as indicated by a raised inscription on its facade.
