Description

This is an early to mid-19th century corner building on West Street. It is three storeys high and has a stucco exterior. The roof is hipped and covered in slate. The Russell Street elevation has three sash windows on each floor, retaining their original glazing bars. A 19th-century shopfront is present, distinguished by reeded pilasters.
