Description

This is a headstone located about 13 meters south of the west wall of the tower of the Church of St Constantine in Milton Abbot. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of slate. The headstone has a nowy shape and commemorates Thomas Spencer, who died in 1784, and George Spencer, who died in 1790. It features a carved relief of a pot of lilies at the top and an ornamental capital above the inscription.
