Description

The rustic well head, located approximately 100 metres to the east of Ebberly House, dates from around 1810 to 1820. It is constructed from large irregular sandstone blocks and features a well opening with a stone lintel and jambs. Above the opening is a large rustic stone cross. The well head is positioned by the side of the lane, resembling a wayside cross near Ebberly House.
