Description
This is a group of three chest tombs located about 10 metres north of the centre of the north aisle of the Church of St Andrew. They date from the late 18th century and are made of freestone and brick. The northernmost tomb commemorates Thomas Elliott, though the date is illegible, and features an oversailing lid on a brick chest. The centre tomb commemorates Richard Elliott, who died in 1772, and the southernmost tomb, also commemorating a member of the Elliott family, has an illegible date.
