Description

The table tomb located in the north east corner of the churchyard of the Church of St. Martin dates from the early 19th century. It features Tuscan columns and has a small chest underneath, which includes blind recesses on the sides. The lid of the chest bears an inscription commemorating George Peard, who died in 1837. This design is considered unusual.
