Description

The Miller chest tomb, located about 8 meters southwest of the tower of the Church of St Mary, is a chest tomb from the late 18th century. It features a brick structure with an oversailing freestone lid. The tomb has an inscription with well-crafted lettering that commemorates Mary Miller, who was buried in 1760, along with other members of the Miller family. It is likely that the lid has been relocated onto a 19th-century brick chest.
