Description
This building is a barn and cow house, located approximately 15 metres south-west of Great Stert Farmhouse, and dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of stone rubble with granite quoins and lintels, and features a corrugated asbestos half-hipped roof. The structure is built into a bank, with barn doors on the upper side leading to a loft over the cow house below. The lower (east) side includes loft doors, stable doors, small window openings, ventilation slits, and pigeon holes. This building is included for its group value.
