Description

35 Bridgetown is a building that possibly dates back to the 17th century but was refronted in the early 19th century and again in the mid-20th century. It has two storeys and features two windows. The roof is made of Welsh slate and has a red brick stack. The gable wall is constructed of masonry, while the front is timber-framed. There is a coved eaves cornice, and the first floor is slate hung. The first-floor windows are architraved sash windows with glazing bars. The building retains the projecting cornice from its former shop front. The original shop window and doorway have been replaced with modern rubble infill and a Regency style bowed window. The doorway features a boarded door. This building is included for its group value.
