Description

This is a disused lime kiln located approximately 40 metres south of Yealm Bridge. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of stone rubble. The kiln projects from the bank and features a semi-circular end that faces the River Yealm. There is a round arch opening on either side of the structure.
