Description
These kitchen garden walls, likely dating to the 18th century, are situated immediately north of Downton Farmhouse. Constructed of slate rubble, they stand approximately 2 to 3 metres high and enclose an irregular rectangular garden. The walls are largely intact, although a wide gateway has been created on the north side. They follow the higher north land boundary of Downton Farmhouse.
