Description

Woodcot, formerly known as Woodville, is a building constructed in 1797. It is three stories high and features three sash windows with glazing bars on the front. The façade is finished in stucco and includes two windows on the second floor set within a wide gable. The end walls have semi-circular bowed projections, and there is a continuous ground floor verandah that wraps around the ends of the building. The property is complemented by fine terraced gardens. J A Fronde, a notable figure, died here.
