Description
This outbuilding, now a cottage, dates from the late 16th century. It is constructed of rubble with granite quoins and dressings, topped with a slate roof featuring gabled ends. The building has two storeys and includes two-light stone mullion windows with labels. At the center, there is a wide chamfered 4-centred arch doorway, above which is a 4-centred arch window. Some modern granite windows have been inserted.
