Description
This outbuilding, located approximately 15 meters southeast of Great Stert Farm House, is likely to have been used as stables with a hay loft above. It dates from the 16th or 17th century and is constructed of stone rubble with granite dressings. The building features a slate half-hipped roof and consists of one storey and a loft. There is a central granite doorway that is chamfered and has a depressed arch. On either side of the doorway, there are two-light hollow-chamfered windows. External stone stairs at the west end provide access to the loft.
