Description
Russell House is a substantial detached house located on Church Road in Ilfracombe. It dates from the early 19th century and has undergone later alterations. The exterior is finished in stucco and features a hipped slated roof with a pyramidal roof over a projecting bay. The house is two storeys tall and has five windows. A central canted bay with three windows rises through both the ground and first floors, and there are French windows in the central ground floor. The windows are hornless sashes. To the left, there is a round-arched entrance that has a 20th-century door and fanlight. The interior has not been inspected. The property also includes attached garden walls to the north and west.
