Description
These are two adjoining cattle shelters located approximately 15 meters east of Middle Beccott Farmhouse, dating from the 19th century. They are built from unrendered stone rubble and feature a slate roof with gable ends on the left-hand shelter, while the right-hand shelter has an asbestos slate roof with a slightly lower ridge.
The left shelter has four bays with segmental stone arches and a loft above, while the right shelter has three bays, with each bay separated by circular stone rubble piers. There is a plank door leading to the loft at the rear of the left-hand range.
