2 cottages with adjoining dairy, now house. Probably C17 core, remodelled in C18 and united in C20. Plastered cob on rubble footings; cob stacks topped with C19 brick and C20 brick stack; wheat reed thatched roof. 2-storey range facing south. Hipped roof to left over dairy and hayloft, cob party wall and single room cottage at-east end with large stack projecting from gable end. 6-window front of C19 and C20 wooden casements of various size and irregular disposition, most with glazing bars and small panes; the eaves rise slightly over 3 first floor windows. Door towards left with C20 timber porch under hipped weatherboarded roof. Window second from right blocks former cottage door. Interior with plain chamfered beams to main rooms and cob fireplaces with chamfered oak lintels and brick side ovens. The partition from entrance lobby includes C17 scroll-stopped door jamb but cannot be proved to be in situ. C20 plastered brick stack on dairy end.
