Description

This tomb chest, located 7 metres south of the south porch of the Parish Church in Cullompton, dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is made of stone and features three shield panels on each side and one at the end, although many of these are damaged. The slab has a concave chamfer and appears to have been repurposed from a larger chest.
