Description

This tomb chest, dating from the 17th or 18th century, is located adjacent to the porch of the parish church in Kentisbeare. It is made of stone and features a moulded slab with a relief of a skull and crossbones on the west end panel. The tomb chest has some brick underpinning, but there is no legible memorial inscription.
