Description

Ash House is a circular plan structure dating from the 17th or 18th century, located approximately 12 metres north-west of Chilloman House. It is built from local grey-coloured chert rubble and features a conical roof. On the north-west side, which faces away from Chilloman House, there is a plain window opening, and at ground level, there is an opening for a raking pit located on the opposite side.
