Description
This footbridge, located south of Brook Lodge in Thorverton, is likely from the 19th century. It is constructed from local volcanic trap and features a single span with a segmental arch. The arch rings are made of dressed volcanic trap, while the surface is paved with pitched stones. The north side of the bridge has a parapet with plain 19th-century railings. This footbridge serves as a charming feature in the village center.
