Description

The Coleman headstone, located about 7 metres southwest of the porch of the Church of St Thomas of Canterbury, dates from the late 18th century. It is made of stone and features a shaped head, with the rear being roughly dressed. The inscription on the front commemorates John Coleman, a butcher, who died in 1797.
