Description

The buildings at 9-14 Mont Le Grand date from around 1830. They are stucco-faced with bands, and comprise three pairs of two-storey houses. Numbers 9, 11, and 12 have quoin pilasters decorated with honeysuckle ornament. All the houses feature moulded architraves, and some windows are finished with cornices or pediments. They have sash windows with glazing bars. Numbers 13 and 14 have six-panel doors with sidelights and fanlights, set within panelled reveals. The roofs are slate-covered and include a parapet. The listed buildings of Mont-le-Grand are considered to form a notable group.
