Description

Taddiforde is a red stone mansion likely dating to the 1870s and 1880s. The design is heavily influenced by German Gothic architecture, featuring octagonal turrets, steeply pitched roofs, small gables, stone oriels, and casement windows. Bargeboards are present, and the roof is slate-covered. A gabled porch fronts the building. The mansion is two and three storeys high and represents a striking example of its style and period. The surrounding grounds have been developed into a building estate.
