Description

38 Lower North Street is a late 18th-century building with an altered Georgian front. It stands three storeys high and features three windows with sashes that do not have glazing bars. The entrance includes a six-panel door with raised and fielded panelling, a fanlight, and panelled reveals, although the cornice is missing. The roof is slate. This building is part of a group with all the listed buildings on Lower North Street, and it also forms a group with Nos 28 to 39 Lower North Street and No 2 St Davids Hill.
