This is a late 18th-century building, rendered in appearance. It is three storeys high with two windows. The windows are 19th-century sash windows. The front door has six panels and is flanked by Tuscan pilasters, with a hood above. The roof is slate. The building is listed for its contribution to the group value of the streetscape and is part of a group with numbers 28 to 39 Lower North Street.
