Description

Notaries' House is an early 18th-century building located in Cathedral Close. It is constructed of red brick with decorative bands at each floor level. The house has three storeys and features five windows, which are fitted with sashes and glazing bars. An Ionic porch with double doors and an interlacing fanlight adds to its architectural appeal. The hipped slate roof is complemented by three dormers. Inside, the house includes a contemporary staircase and doorcases. Notaries' House is part of a group of listed buildings in Cathedral Close.
