Description

30 East Wonford Hill is an 18th-century building constructed of rendered cob. It stands three storeys tall with a hipped gabled end facing the street. The building features two sash windows, one of which is located on the second floor, both with glazing bars. The entrance has a six-panel door topped by a rectangular light and is sheltered by a hood supported on brackets, with panelled reveals. The roof is made of slate.
