Description

Lower Holcombe is a farmhouse dating from the 18th century, constructed of stone rubble with a slate hipped roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. It has sash windows with glazing bars and a central doorway that is sheltered by a modern porch. Brick chimney stacks are located over the end walls. At the rear, there is a large stone rubble hipped roof wing that creates an L-shaped plan. The house is positioned at right angles to the road.
