Wilsford House is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features four bays. There is a central stair hall with an axial stack located to the left. The main entrance consists of a central pair of glazed doors set within a pedimented doorcase. The ground floor has twenty-paned sash windows in segmental headed openings, while the window above the porch has 16 panes. A 20th-century round window is positioned against the stack.
