Description

12 Alma Place is a 18th century building located on the west side of Alma Place. It is constructed of colour-washed brick and features a pitched modern tile roof with a chequer brick stack. The building has two storeys, with one casement window that has glazing bars on the first floor and one flush-framed cased sash window on the ground floor. The ground floor also includes a 19th century door that is part-glazed. All the listed buildings in Alma Place are considered to form a group.
