Description
Nos 89 to 93 on Fisherton Street are a Grade II* listed building with medieval origins, recased and raised in the 18th century to form three tenements. The structure has two storeys and is made of painted brick, topped with a steep-pitched old tile roof that is hipped at the rear. The 18th-century windows have mostly been altered on the first floor, and there are modern shop fronts. Inside, the roof is sealed, but part of a cruck-truss can be seen in the party wall between Nos 91 and 93. The rear of the party wall between Nos 89 and 91 features base stone with holes, along with squared stonework and some fragments of timber frame. A chamfered ceiling beam is also present.
