Description

The urns flanking the north avenue from Wilbury House date from the 19th century and are made of limestone. Each urn is designed as a vase raised on a corniced pedestal. The urn on the left features handles and a rim supported by acanthus leaves, with the name "NELSON" incised on all faces. The urn on the right does not have handles, is adorned with a garland, and has the name "CORNWALLIS" incised on it.
