Description

The Cottage is a pair of late 18th-century cottages, now combined into a single dwelling. The structure is built of painted rubble stone with brick dressings and has a tiled roof topped with brick stacks. The front facade has four window bays. It features two 6-panelled doors, each with an ogee trellised canopy above. Either side of each door is a 2-light, segmental-headed casement window with a keystone. To the left of the front doors is a 6-panelled door and a single-light casement window. The first floor has four 2-light casement windows with small panes, fitted with cast iron. The rear of the building has no windows.
