Description

New Buildings Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red and vitrified blue brick, with a rendered gable and a slate roof. The building stands two storeys tall and features three bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door topped by a semi-circular fanlight, set within a 20th-century porch. The windows are twelve-pane margin glazed sashes, each with ashlar wedge lintels and raised keystones. There are gable stacks and end brick pilasters on the front elevation. Additionally, the property is enclosed by 19th-century cast-iron railings, with a gate located to the right of the entrance.
