Description
The United Reformed Church is a chapel built in 1836, constructed from rubble stone with a squared rubble front and a concrete tiled roof. It features ashlar raised angle piers, a plinth, and a band beneath a plain coped pedimental gable, which has an oval plaque stating 'Shecaniah Erected AD 1836'. The chapel has two stone Y-traceried windows with plate glass, and a central doorway with a 4-centred arch, double doors, and an overlight. On the south side, there is a Y-tracery window with original leaded lights. The north wall is windowless and has a red brick addition from 1909.
