Description

Ivy Dene is an 18th-century house that has been altered in the 19th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble and features a stone slate roof. The house is two stories tall with an attic and has two bays, along with a one-story and attic extension on the right side. The extension has a 20th-century door that is recessed. The windows are chamfered stone-mullioned, with two- and three-light configurations. There is one hipped dormer and gable ashlar stacks. The extension also includes a gable stack from the 20th century.
