Description

The Court House is a house built in the late 17th century and 18th century, constructed from rubble stone with a stone-tiled roof and end-wall stacks. It has two storeys and features a four-window range. The original three-window range is located on the right side and includes flush quoins, recessed ovolo-moulded mullion windows, and a central door with a flush moulded surround topped by a hood on carved scroll brackets. On the first floor, there are three 2-light windows, while the ground floor has a 2-light window to the left and a 3-light window to the right, both with hoodmoulds. To the left, there is a ground floor 3-light ovolo-moulded window with a hoodmould and an upper 2-light recessed cyma-moulded window. The building also has a parallel rear range.
