Description

No. 1 Park Lane is a house that was refronted in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of rough rendered rubble stone and features a stone tiled roof with a stack at the north end. The building is two storeys high and has a double front with flush quoins and moulded parapet coping. On each floor, there are two 12-pane sash windows set in moulded stone architraves. The central entrance consists of a 6-panel door, also in a moulded architrave, topped with a stone hood supported by brackets. To the left, there is a painted rubble stone range.
