Description

The Farr tomb is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, about 2 meters southeast of the Jones tomb and south of the south aisle of the Church of St. Andrew. It dates from the mid to late 18th century and is constructed of ashlar stone. The north side features a moulded egg and dart framed rectangular panel, which is flanked by fielded strips. The south side has a plain fielded panel. The tomb has a moulded base and cap, with the cap moulding extending forward over a plaque. It is situated in row 6, east of the churchyard path.
