Description
This is a mid-19th century villa built in a style reminiscent of Tudor architecture. The exterior is rendered in stucco with vermiculated quoins, and the roof is covered with modern Bradstone tiles. A gable finial is present on the left side. The villa has two ashlar chimneys with diagonally-shafted details and moulded capping. The front facade, facing the road, has three bays, featuring cross-mullion casement windows. A six-panel door is located centrally to the left, sheltered by a shallow, bracketed hood. A dormer window lights the attic space. The gables are adorned with patterned bargeboards. The rear of the building is stone-tiled. An "L" shaped extension projects to the north, incorporating two chimneys and two gabled dormers. The west front exhibits two gables, seven windows, and a lean-to verandah with patterned verges and gables, enclosed with glazing.
