Description

This barn, located 50 yards south of Marlwood Farmhouse, dates from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of rubble with freestone quoins and features a double Roman tiled roof. The barn has narrow slit windows and hipped roof porches on both the north and south sides. A weather vane is positioned on the east gable, standing on a ball atop an open plinth. There is a 19th-century extension to the northwest.
