A moulded eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. The house projects forward from the street’s building line. The ground floor has a single twelve-pane sash window; a continuous string course runs above this. The first floor has two eighteen-pane sash windows in architraves, set under a joint string course. A plank door is set within a moulded surround on the west elevation. The house also has a cellar and attics with dormer windows.
