Description
Nailey Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the mid to late 17th century and was remodeled in the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a double Cotswold stone slate mansard roof with coped raised verges on moulded kneelers and saddle stones. The building has two storeys and attics, with a three-bay façade that includes three-light casement windows with chamfered mullions and surrounds, as well as a continuous string course above the ground floor. The central entrance is a plank door located in a 19th-century porch. The rear elevation has casement windows with ovolo moulded mullions and surrounds, and there is a notable four-light casement window with ovolo moulded mullions and a king mullion in the east gable end.
