Description

Thornleigh House is a house located on the north side of High Street in Marshfield, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of ashlar and features a double Roman tiled mansard roof with a coped raised verge on the left side. The building has two storeys and attics in the dormer. There are two glazing bar sash windows and a central door, with a two-storey canted bay to the left. A plain band runs over the ground floor, and the 20th-century door is set beneath a flat stone hood supported by brackets.
