Description

The Treeby tomb is an early 19th-century chest tomb located 8 meters north of the Church of St Mary and All Saints in Plymstock. It commemorates Elizabeth Mary Tweedy, who died in 1821 at the age of 9 months, along with other family members. The tomb is made of freestone and features bullnose moulding on the lid. It is surrounded by a complete outer wrought-iron fence that sits on a freestone plinth, and has a rectangular plan.
